Box Cricket Tournament Platform

Run IPL-style auctions for your box cricket league — from 4-team Sunday gatherings to 30+ team corporate tournaments. Live bidding, projector display, full team management, and post-auction reports.

Why an Auction Format for Box Cricket

Manual team selection in box cricket always ends the same way — someone is unhappy with the team split, someone says it's stacked, someone asks why they got picked last again. An auction makes the process transparent, competitive, and actually fun.

Replace "Team Picking" Arguments with a Fair Auction

Manual team selection always sparks complaints — "this team is stacked", "why am I on that team again?". An auction makes the process transparent: every owner has the same budget and every player goes to whoever values them most.

Make Sundays Feel Like an Event

A live auction with projector display and competitive bidding turns the pre-tournament setup into something people actually look forward to.

Scales from Friend Groups to Corporate Leagues

Same platform whether you are running a 4-team Sunday gathering or a 30+ team society or corporate league — the auction format works at every scale without changing tools.

PDF Reports Make Sharing Easy

Pre-auction player lists, post-auction team rosters, and emailable summaries — share them in your WhatsApp group with one click.

Built for Box Cricket Realities

Every feature designed around how box cricket auctions actually run — small teams, casual scheduling, venue-driven, sometimes chaotic.

Multi-Round IPL-Style Auctions

Configure multi-round bidding with custom price reduction so unsold players return at lower base prices in subsequent rounds.

Easy Bidding Control

Admin-managed or team-owner direct — pick the bidding mode that fits your group, with rule-based or open bid increments.

Live Projector Display

Plug a laptop into a projector or LED screen at your box cricket venue and let everyone follow the auction live.

Team Budget & Roster Management

Real-time budget tracking, roster fill against minimum players-per-team, and full audit logs of every bid.

Quick Setup for Sunday Tournaments

Spin up a 4-team auction in minutes — share the enrollment link and let participants join straight from WhatsApp without complex onboarding.

Box Cricket Auction Setup — Step by Step

From tournament definition to live bidding, here is what running your first box cricket auction actually looks like.

01

Define Your Tournament

Set team count (4–30), match format (T6, T8, T10), and the auction date. Configure registration deadline if you need time to gather players.

02

Build Your Player Pool

Either add players manually or share the enrollment link to let participants self-register with their batting and bowling profiles.

03

Set Starting Budget Per Team

Pick a per-team budget that allows for 8–12 player picks plus reserve. Box cricket auctions typically use ₹1L–₹10L per team as a sensible round number.

04

Configure Auction Rules

Choose Rule Based (with bid increment tiers) or Free Flow (any amount above current bid). Set minimum players per team. Designate Icon players if any.

05

Run the Auction Live

Open the projector view at your venue, share the auction link with team owners, and start bidding. Auction state syncs in real time across everyone joined.

Box Cricket Tournament Formats We Power

As a football league organizer, this platform transformed how we handle player auctions. The interface is intuitive, and the real-time updates keep everyone engaged. We had a grueling 8 hour auction for 6 teams without any issue.

We organized our college kabaddi tournament auction using Auction Chase. The IPL-style auction was a huge hit! Real-time bidding worked perfectly even with 4 teams participating simultaneously. Team captains loved the budget management tools.

Great platform for running auctions. We used it for our friendly cricket league's 9th installment with 6 teams. The bidding was smooth and transparent. Only minor suggestion would be more customization options for auction rules.

None of the platforms are even close to this platform. The paid ones are not at all user friendly. This platform has all the features that you need to run a successful auction. Many paid ones do not even allow team owner to bid from their end. This is an actual digital platform with clean UI and easy to use. Kudos to the team for building such an amazing platform.

Thank you for keeping this free for everyone. We ran our football league auction on it from start to finish — I'd definitely recommend it.
