By accessing and using Auction Chase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Auction Chase for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Auction Chase
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Users must comply with all tournament and auction rules set by tournament organizers. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification and account suspension.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

Tournament fees are charged per tournament. If you pay for more than one tournament and later wish to cancel one of them, any refund issued will be a partial refund — not a full reversal of the amount paid.

• The refundable portion is determined by Auction Chase based on how far the tournament has been set up and used — for example whether teams and players were added, pools were configured, or an auction was started or completed.
• A tournament that has been used cannot be refunded in full, because platform costs are incurred as soon as it is set up and run.
• Payment gateway charges and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
• Refund requests should be raised with our support team from the account that made the payment, and are reviewed case by case.

The materials on Auction Chase are provided on an "as is" basis. Auction Chase makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties.

In no event shall Auction Chase or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Auction Chase.

Auction Chase may revise these terms of service for its platform at any time without notice. By using this platform you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
